My boot camps are a fun and energetic way to get moving and get in shape!
Based on your goals and interests, I will develop a boot camp for your group that will challenge your limits and bring you out of your comfort zone. We will sweat, laugh, and grow together in a healthy and inclusive atmosphere.
- Working indoors or outdoors with small to large groups looking for an intense total body workout -
- Alternating between lower body, upper body, and totally body exercises to build overall strength and endurance -
- But not limited to, strength building, agility drills and/or timed circuits with short rests between exercises,
HIIT training, and/or Tabata drills -
